Crit & Tale is made and run by Close The Deal LLC. It is not open yet. Right now this site does one thing: it lets you leave your email address so we can tell you when the first tables open. This page explains exactly what that involves.

What we collect

When you sign up we keep your email address and the date and time you signed up. Nothing else: no name, no IP address, no tracking cookies and no analytics.

What we use it for

We send you one email when Crit & Tale opens. We do not sell, rent or share your address with anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is kept

Your address is stored on our own web server, in a file that is not reachable from the web. When you sign up, we also get a notification email with your address in it, so we know someone new joined the list.

Removing your address

Reply to any email from us, or write to privacy@critandtale.com, and we will delete your address from the list.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top will change with it. When Crit & Tale opens and offers accounts, this page will be updated before any new information is collected.
